Product information (Abbott)

A gentle infant formula powder with 2'-FL HMO, an immune-nourishing prebiotic like that found in breast milk, and an easy-to-digest blend of carbohydrates. Abbott positions it for fussiness and gas due to lactose sensitivity.

Ingredients & allergens

Corn Maltodextrin, Whey Protein Hydrolysate, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Sugar, Soy Oil, Coconut Oil. Less than 2% of: Schizochytrium Sp. Oil (source of DHA), M. Alpina Oil (source of ARA), 2'-Fucosyllactose (2'-FL HMO, not from human milk), Short-chain Fructooligosaccharides (prebiotic), Beta-Carotene, Lutein, vitamins, minerals, Taurine, L-Carnitine and Nucleotides. Preparation
  • Follow directions carefully; proper hygiene, handling and storage matter. Ask the baby's doctor whether to use cooled, boiled water and whether to sterilise bottles, nipples and rings.
  • Wash hands, surfaces and utensils. Pour water into a clean bottle.
  • Add 1 unpacked level scoop (follow the scoop instructions on the tub) for each 2 fl oz of water. Return the dry scoop to the container.
  • Cap, shake well and attach a clean nipple. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
Storage & handling
  • Once mixed, refrigerate bottles and feed within 24 hours.
  • Store the container, opened or unopened, at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Use opened container contents within 1 month.
Precautions
  • Not for infants or children with galactosemia.
  • Never use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result.
  • Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by the baby's doctor.
