Preparation
  • Follow directions carefully; proper hygiene, handling and storage matter. Ask the baby's doctor whether to use cooled, boiled water and whether to sterilise bottles, nipples and rings.
  • Wash hands, surfaces and utensils. Pour water into a clean bottle.
  • Add 1 unpacked level scoop (follow the scoop instructions on the can) for each 2 fl oz of water. Return the dry scoop to the container.
  • Cap, shake well and attach a clean nipple. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
Storage & handling
  • Once mixed, refrigerate bottles and feed within 24 hours.
  • Store the container, opened or unopened, at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Use opened container contents within 1 month.
Precautions
  • Not for infants or children with galactosemia.
  • Never use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result.
  • Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by the baby's doctor.
